Rich, fluffy, delicious. Gone before I could get a pic! I made a few edits: I omitted the orange zest, subbed 40g of the flour for 40g of wheat gluten to up the protein content to bread flour, used only 3/4 tsp each of allspice & cinnamon, added 2 tsp baking powder & used slightly more cocoa (40g).
