Method
- Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
- Break up blocks of Whittaker's Almond Gold chocolate and melt over a double boiler or in the microwave (in short increments to avoid burning).
- Once melted, add chopped marshmallows, licorice, and biscuits. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the Rocky Road mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with freeze dried raspberries.
- Allow the Rocky Road to set at room temperature before cutting into small squares and serving.
