Method

  1. Line a square baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Break up blocks of Whittaker's Almond Gold chocolate and melt over a double boiler or in the microwave (in short increments to avoid burning). 
  3. Once melted, add chopped marshmallows, licorice, and biscuits. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the Rocky Road mixture into the prepared tin and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with freeze dried raspberries.
  5. Allow the Rocky Road to set at room temperature before cutting into small squares and serving.
