This is my go to muffin recipe. My husband always asks me to bake these for him (and he doesn't usually like most baking!). They are so delicious, the brown sugar gives an almost caramel flavour. I use all sorts of chocolate - dark ghana, creamy milk; they all go wonderfully. The muffins are so fluffy yet moist from the banana. I cannot recommend this recipe enough!

These have been on regular rotation in our house. Easy recipe and if you use patti tin liners for the muffin tins (minimal clean up). We have used other Whittakers chocolate for the recipe (Hokey Pokey). Defintely full of gooey chocolate! Yummy yum yum!

Its a very easy recipe. The muffin is moist and delicious. I used dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate because I "accidentally" finished our milk chocolate bar ;). The dark chocolate added a bit of depth to it.

I will definitely make it again. Maybe all peacans or dullops of crunchy peanut butter...hmmmm...
