Ingredients: 200g pihikete wīti (wheat biscuits, chocolate covered); ½ Cup kokonati pūtī (desiccated coconut, fine); 90g pata kua rewaina (melted butter); 250g tiakarete karamea panana (Banana Caramel Chocolate); ¼ Cup (60 ml) kirīmi (cream); 4 panana nui (large bananas); 1 tbsp wai rēmana (lemon juice); 1 Cup (250 ml) kirīmi (cream); ⅔ Cup (165 g) mascarpone; 2 tsp wanira (vanilla); ¼ Cup puehu huka (icing sugar)

Easy and delicious. Could add a caramel layer like a traditional banoffee pie though :)
