SUCH a good recipe! I adapted to use White Chocolate instead of Blondie and made a raspberry coulis that I drizzled over the top. Served for Christmas lunch and it took 6 of us eating it over 3 days to finish it! Soo easy and delicious, will be making this on repeat (and testing with different flavours).

Wow!!! About the most amazing dessert I’ve ever had! Do not be put off by the lineup of ingredients…. This cake serves 20 and is a show stopper! I took a group out foraging this week and we finished the night with this recipe….. they loved the foraged foods I cooked, but the cheesecake was the star on the night!

Absolutely delicious! Not too sweet which is nice. I did find that for my oven the temperature in the recipe was a little too high so will probably bake it at 210° - 200° next time. I also served mine with passion fruit pulp which was so good! 10/10 recommend

This recipe isn’t ducking around - a kilo of dairy, a whole block of chocolate, a cup of cream, sheesh! Looks beautiful on the plate and tastes great.
I used a 26cm cake pan because I wasn’t confident the 22cm was going to keep the beast under control. It rose just above the sides during baking and settled out on cooling.
Would be a good Chrissy Day option to make ahead.
