Ingredients: 115g Salted butter; 125g Whittaker’s 50% cocoa Dark chocolate, cubed; 2 size 7 Eggs; 1 Cup Caster sugar; ⅓ Cup Cocoa powder, sifted; ½ Cup Plain flour, sifted; ½ tsp Baking powder, sifted; 6 size 7 Egg yolks; ⅓ Cup Cornflour, sifted; 1 Litre Whole milk; ⅔ Cup Caster sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste; 125g Whittaker’s 50% cocoa Dark chocolate, cubed; 500ml Cream; 2 Cups Full fat greek yoghurt; ¼ Cup Icing sugar, sifted; 2 tsp Vanilla bean paste; 3 Cups Fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
