Ingredients: 125g Gingernut biscuits; 125g Wine biscuits; 100g Almonds, roasted and chopped; 100g Dried ginger, roughly chopped; 100g Desiccated coconut, toasted; 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder; 100g Butter; 220g Sweetened condensed milk; 150g Whittaker's 50% Dark Block; 200g Whittaker’s 50% Dark Block; 1 Tbsp Coconut oil; 50g Coconut chips, toasted; 50g Dried ginger, roughly chopped; 50g Almonds, roasted and chopped
