Ingredients: 1 Cup Lukewarm milk (miraka aromahana); ¼ Cup Caster sugar (huka one); 8g Instant yeast (īhi tere); 3 ¾ Cups Flour, high grade (puehu parāoa); 1 tsp Salt (tote); 2 tsp Mixed spice (rau kikini whakauruuru); 1 tsp Cinnamon (hinamona); 2 Eggs, size 7 (hēki); 1 Tbsp Vanilla (wanira); 80g Chopped butter, room temperature (pata kua tapahia); 150g Whittaker's Peanut Butter chocolate (tiakarete pata pīnati); 150g Whittaker's Creamy Caramel chocolate (tiakarete karamea); 150g Whittaker's 50% Dark chocolate (tiakarete parauri); 50g Butter (pata); 2 Tbsp Maple syrup (marahihi māpere)
