Year ago someone’s mum made caramel slice for a bake sale at school and I’ve spent years trying to find something similar and here it is! Thick luscious caramel and chocolate with the crunchy cornflakes are such a hit in our
house. I’ve also made this with a ginger nut biscuit base! Sooo good!

12/10 would make again! According to my colleagues, it 'slaps', and the cornflake brittle alone is an absolute treat! Would recommend scoring chocolate top approx 30 minutes after putting in fridge to set to make cutting into squares less messy.
