Delicious dessert! Make sure it stays in the fridge or it will melt. It was quick and easy to make and delicious to eat! I appreciate that there is no soft cheese or eggs in the mousse so it is safe to eat while pregnant. I might make mini versions of this sometime - would be easy to make a gluten free version with GF biscuits.

Unfortunately was out of the fridge for 3-4 hours and the whole thing turned into a bit of a slop. Definitely make sure it stays refrigerated!!

Taste was yum! Mine didn't seem to stick to the biscuit base very well, but that may be due to other factors. Would try again!
