Fabulous slice, very yummy combination of dark chocolate and apricots. I did bake it at the correct temperature but mine took 35 minutes.

It was delicious but I found it very crumbly! I could not get a nice bar like the photo which was disappointing. Assuming it is a āuser issueā but Iām not sure what I did wrong - any tips?

I made this gluten free by substituting out the oats and using ground almonds and quinoa flakes with gf flour. It was delicious - very more-ish!
