Took ages to make, but the first time I have made a brioche, and a brittle.
The dough was quite wet and difficult to roll. I am sure I got the recipe correct.
Didn't look like the picture but tasted really yummy.
I've used Whittakers chocolate before for baking, including one of our wedding cakes, and prefer other recepies.
Next time I think I will just eat the chocolate bar!

Took ages to make, but the first time I have made a brioche, and a brittle.
The dough was quite wet and difficult to roll. I am sure I got the recipe correct.
