SUCH a good recipe! I adapted to use White Chocolate instead of Blondie and made a raspberry coulis that I drizzled over the top. Served for Christmas lunch and it took 6 of us eating it over 3 days to finish it! Soo easy and delicious, will be making this on repeat (and testing with different flavours).

Wow!!! About the most amazing dessert Iāve ever had! Do not be put off by the lineup of ingredientsā¦. This cake serves 20 and is a show stopper! I took a group out foraging this week and we finished the night with this recipeā¦.. they loved the foraged foods I cooked, but the cheesecake was the star on the night!

I made this for my family and we all loved it. Super rich and creamy, so you can't eat too much, but very easy to make. Ingredients are a bit expensive, but I'll definitely make it again in the future!
