The mix was easy, but did spread a lot. The sponge became much flatter and wider than I had expected.

The mix was easy, but did spread a lot. The sponge became much flatter and wider than I had expected.

I used the Fijian Ginger and mandarin chocolate, but found the mix with 1/4 cup of cream a bit strong, so added another 1/4 cup and beat it to a fluffier consistency.
