    Super easy bake and if you follow the instructions to the letter then the cake (and frosting) turn out exactly like the picture! My boy only gets the best birthday cakes and this one was a hit. My tip is to make the ganache in a metal bowl the night before so it’s in the fridge at least 12 hours. Whips up like a dream.

    Really great easy vegan cake recipe. I made with another vegan ganache recipe. Halved the recipe to make a small cake and turned out perfectly! Delish.

    After measuring all ingredients realised I had run out of vinegar but replaced it with lemon juice and it did not affect the recipe.
