Absolutely delicious! The cake was moist and rich and the ganache wasn’t to sweet. But we only used half the ganache recipe for the size cake it makes . Was a waste . So in future I will half the icing recipe .

YUM!! So easy, great texture and not too sweet. Awesome that it can also be made completely dairy and egg free. Served it with tinned boysenberries which go so well with the Creamy Milk ganache.

Cake seems fine but icing to runny, have it in freezer trying to firm it up other wise it's plan b and will have to do an alternative icing
