Ingredients: ¾ Cup Shelled pistachios, divided; 1 Cup (150g) Plain flour; ½ tsp Table salt; ¼ tsp Baking powder; ¼ tsp Baking soda; 150g Salted butter, melted; 1 Cup (220g) Soft brown sugar, packed; 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk; 2 tsp Vanilla extract; 250g Whittaker’s 33% Cocoa Creamy Milk chocolate, roughly chopped; Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
