Very yummy but the base was extremely wet and sticky and I couldn't get it off the paper. Even though it had chilled for 2hrs. The chocolate also cracked and crumbled big time. Not sure what's gone wrong

I am 45 and have been baking since I was 8 in the 80’s.
This recipe after all these years is in my top 5 and my daughter loves this in her school lunch box. Whittaker’s is our most trusted go to at
home and I use your products in all my other baking too as you have a world leading brand!

Impossible to mess up and tastes crazy good!

No words. This gave us a foodgasm. Honestly, really, really, really good is an understatement!

Made this so many times already! A recipe that sounds simple but is just incredible with the Blondie chocolate and the contrast of the crispy wine biscuits and the chewy apricot. So good. Hot tip - use a tall glass like a rolling pin to flatten the base so it's totally even. Heat the chocolate in the microwave 10-20s at a time then stir.
