Leave it to cool in the pan overnight (not the 1 hour recommended) but other than that its yum amd huge.

Not sure what I did wrong but the cheesecake part didn't set and was runny. Whilst it tasted nice, it didn't look like the pic.

How high does the slice tin have to be?

I halved this recipe because we are a small household. Very easy to make and so delicious! I assume it needs to be stored in the fridge?
