Delicious cake - like the others said it also took me an hour to cook through the middle. Can i ask how much water is mixed with the coffee granules? Is it 125ml?

Best chocolate cake EVER. So fudgey and very moist! Took a lot longer in the oven than the recipe stated though…would say took just over an hour to cook fully in the middle

The best chocolate cake I have ever made. I don't see myself making any other from now. My son helped bake it and despite measurements being a little (a lot?) off, and not being able to source the 62% chocolate (I used 72% instead), the cake was faultless - if I do say so myself. As per other reviews, it took longer to cook than the recipe stated by my oven generally does.

I have made this cake several times now, taste is great, and easy enough to make, however, it always sinks and takes way longer to cook than the recipe states. Really disappointing when you are trying to make a layer cake.
