Simply delicious, simple to make, looks impressive, if you love whittakers chocolate you will love this

It tastes great but a lot of modifications needed particularly if you aim to make the size shown in the photo, used 500gm choc sponge and needed half the juice from another jar to soak the extra sponge. Had to add cream to the fraiche mix as it was too gluggy and wouldn’t spread nicely over the sponge. It broke up when served too. Wouldn’t make it again.
