This is a very wet and sticky slice and coped with the addition of a second packet of biscuits and an extra quantity of apricots. Turned out beautiful.

Soooo good. Just made 1.5 quantities in my roasting dish. I did use 1/2 packet malt biscuits and 1 of vanilla wines.
Easy and so good. Chop nice and small as it’s rich.
