Dark Ghana Fruit & Nut Chocolate Granola

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. 
  2. Whisk together the oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and cocoa.  
  3. Add the oats, almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and stir until well coated. 
  4. Spread the mixture evenly out onto the prepared baking tray. 
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle over Whittaker’s Dark Ghana Fruit and Nut Chocolate.
  7. Once cool, store in an airtight container.
