Method
- Heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Whisk together the oil, honey, cinnamon, salt and cocoa.
- Add the oats, almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and stir until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly out onto the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle over Whittaker’s Dark Ghana Fruit and Nut Chocolate.
- Once cool, store in an airtight container.
