    Made these gluten free with a 1-1 substitute of Edmonds plain flour. They turned out great and tasted delicious but next time I would definitely chill the balls for longer to prevent spreading (eg for a minimum of a few hours instead of 30mins).

    Yummy cookies. Quick and easy to make and hard to resist. The combination of blondie chocolate and macadamia nuts is delicious. Definitely one Iā€™m going to add to my baking rotation.

    Yummy and gone before cooled! Toasted the nuts to bring out their favor. And used icecream scoop to make bigger cookies and then cooled in fridge before baking
